Signing Wall
On that day, starting from 5 p.m., everyone arrived at the hotel one after another. We left our names on the signing wall and took photos with colleagues. This simple yet very meaningful activity not only added a sense of ceremony to the annual gathering but also marked the beginning of the gala.
Opening Remarks
The annual gala kicked off with a speech by Mr. Wen, TIZE's general manager. He first expressed gratitude to all the employees for their hard work throughout 2023., and presented three red envelopes as tokens of appreciation to the TIZE's cafeteria staff, Jin Hui Human Resources (a cooperative partner), and Xu Huan, the outstanding employee of the year. Then Mr. Wen reviewed the company's progress over the past year and emphasized the importance of practicality and perseverance in navigating the ever-changing market. Finally, Mr. Wen, along with other company leaders, delivered a New Year's message to everyone.
Big Feast
After the speeches, it was time for a big feast. While savoring delectable dishes and fine beverages, everyone delighted in the pre-recorded well-wishes video from TIZE staff. A relaxed dining ambiance enveloped the gathering, fostering an enjoyable experience.Here, I wish all TIZE family members and clients a prosperous year ahead. May the company thrive and prosper. Award Ceremony
Presenting service anniversary medals to long-serving/old employees and awarding honor badges to outstanding employees is a longstanding tradition at TIZE's annual gala.
Mrs. Zhang awarded rose gold commemorative medals and bonus red packets to the employees who have served for 3 years, recognizing and rewarding their hard work. May they continue to thrive and move forward in the future.
